8am:
1 steamed chicken breast. 1 cup of coffee with cream and splenda
1030am
apple slices
1pm:
2 pieces of steamed pork, approx. 6 oz total.
10pm
2 slices of pizza
Drinks: 10 beers, 60 oz of water, no exercise
