Day 5

Here's what I ate:

8am:
chicken breast, 32 oz coffee with cream and splenda

1030am:
apple slices

1pm:
Chef Salad with veggies, boiled egg, cold cuts.

7pm:
10oz steak. Veggies.

Drinks:
16oz V8 Juice. 50oz of water. No alcohol

Exercise: Weights only. 15lb dumbells
